TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE (TCUS)
1. Purpose
These General Conditions govern the use of the MT SARL website (hereinafter the “Site”) and define the terms and conditions of our services for the transport of goods, freight forwarding, and general trade (hereinafter the “Services”).
2. Transport and Logistics Services
- Acceptance of Orders: Any service order (transport, transit, etc.) is final only after written confirmation and acceptance by MT SARL of the corresponding quote.
- Liability: MT SARL’s liability for damage or loss of goods is governed by the international conventions applicable to road transport (where applicable) and/or the specific clauses of our professional civil liability insurance, up to the amounts provided.
- Pricing: Rates are those in effect at the time the quote is accepted. They may be revised in the event of unforeseen changes in costs (fuel, customs duties, etc.).
3. Use of the Site
Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions. The Site is intended for informative consultation and B2B contact.
4. Intellectual Property
The content of the Site (texts, images, MT SARL logo) is the exclusive property of MT SARL and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TCUS are governed by the law in force in Cameroon]. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala.
